A: No, you don’t.

Can I leave the group if I feel upset during the meeting?
A: Tears are allowed and welcome but yes, of course, all participants are welcome to quietly leave or take a break if they find it is overwhelming.

What if I don’t want to share my loved one’s story?
A: You are welcome to share your story when it feels comfortable for you. There are no rules or expectations from anyone in our group regarding your participation. Silence and reflective listening are all welcome.
